Stef's first album "Outspoken" was produced in 2009 by Svetoslav Mihaylov. Despite her classical training, the young singer has been passionate about rock music and has been mastering her vocal skills since the age of fifteen. She has an extensive list of contest participation and awards and has won the first place prize in the "Burgas and the Sea" competition. Since then (2007), she has been working with the Burgas-based band G.R.A.S., with whom she recorded "Outspoken" in 2009.
Her warm vocals follow the steps of a long succession of brilliant melodic rock singers such as Pat Benatar, Nancy Wilson of Heart, Patti Smith, and younger generation sensations such as Kelly Clarkson and Katy Perry. Songs like 'I'm Not The One' and 'Come Back To Me' transport listeners to a world of masterful piano intros and guitar solos. The album is a combination of upbeat rhythms and rock-and-roll nostalgia with harmonious background vocals.

WHAT WE THINK ABOUT THIS ALBUM
Stef's album is a rollercoaster from start to finish, and we mean that in a good way. There is a little bit of something for everyone, and even for the passionate pop/rock lovers that have followed singer stars as Alanis Morissette, Norah Jones & Sheryl Crow, this album is the crown jewel.
If we have to describe Stef's music with one sentence it would be - "Thankful, a smooth, sometimes indulgent set of classic pop ballads and radio-ready cuts to satisfy the Idol faithful as well as the radio-listening, CD-purchasing public."
The collaboration between Stef and her producer Svetoslav Mihaylov, who took major part in music composing, just clicked so well. The musical chemistry is apparent throughout the album, resulting memorable, fun, original music.
Every song on this album is instantaneously catchy and will stay in your head forever.

Now it is only interesting for die-hard female fronted rockfans I think, although I really must add here that STEF is a fantastic singer, making it a pleasure to listen to her first CD �Outspoken’ and also the music is of a very high level. www.strutter.8m.com

The album really fulfills its stylistic definition by combining the modern rock and typical pop music sound. You will hear everything you've probably expected and even more. The content may be taken without a dose or age limits - perfect for listening in all circumstances. "Outspoken" is a proud representative of the debut albums.
