You can return your online purchases of music CDs to us for a full refund, if there are damages or defects.

Here's How It Works!

1. AMAdea Records can do a full refund of your order only, if the purchased CD is damaged, defected, if it is missing or because of any shipment errors.
2. Returns are accepted for full credit up to 30 days from the date your order shipped. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Any items returned to us after 30 days will be discarded by our warehouse and credit will not be given.
3. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. Returns made to AMAdea Records will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
5. Bulk orders of 5 copies or more are not returnable to AMAdea Records.
